- Fix My GMB cannot guarantee restoration of rankings, reviews, or visibility
- Google may change its policies, procedures, and requirements at any time
Our services are advisory and consulting services only.
Any examples, testimonials, or case studies are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee future results.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Provide truthful documentation
- Respond promptly to requests for information
- Follow all applicable Google policies
- Maintain ownership and access rights to any business profiles involved
Failure to provide accurate information may negatively affect outcomes.
8. Payments and Billing
Certain services require payment.
By purchasing services from Fix My GMB, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments are due in advance
- Fees are non-refundable once services have begun
- Failure to complete the recovery process does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the consulting nature of our services and the immediate allocation of resources, fees may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be issued solely because Google declines a reinstatement request.

- Software

is the property of Fix My GMB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIX MY GMB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES:
- LOSS OF PROFITS
- LOSS OF REVENUE
- LOSS OF DATA
- LOSS OF GOODWILL
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO FIX MY GMB DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fix My GMB, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of Google's policies
- Any inaccurate information or documentation you provide
- Any dispute involving your business profile
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where either party seeks injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
