Refund Policy
We stand behind our work and our commitment to helping businesses navigate the reinstatement process.
However, because Google alone determines whether a profile is reinstated, our services are advisory in nature and involve significant time, expertise, research, and labor.
Basic Recovery Package
If we determine that all requested documentation was submitted, all recommended corrective actions were completed, and Google ultimately declines reinstatement, clients may request a refund of up to 50% of the Basic Recovery Package fee.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of Google's final denial.
Premium Recovery Package
If we determine that all requested documentation was submitted, all recommended corrective actions were completed, and Google ultimately declines reinstatement, clients may request a refund of up to 75% of the Premium Recovery Package fee.

Refund Conditions
Refund eligibility requires that:
- All requested documentation was provided by the client.
- The client fully cooperated throughout the recovery process.
- The client implemented all required corrective actions.
- The suspension was not caused by fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited business practices.
- The client did not independently alter, modify, or submit conflicting information without our knowledge.
- Google has issued a final denial or closure of the reinstatement request.
Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Fix My GMB after reviewing the specific circumstances of each case.
No Guarantees Regarding Google Policies
Google may modify:
- Eligibility requirements
- Verification standards
- Reinstatement procedures
- Business Profile guidelines
- Appeals processes
at any time and without notice.
Fix My GMB cannot be responsible for changes made by Google after services have been purchased.
